Where is my tribe?

Have you ever heard that expression that it takes a village? I use this in my parenting world, with leaders, and with my women business entrepreneurs. We cannot do it alone.

Today is all about who surrounds you.

Take a look at the people who truly support you. This is not your hundreds or thousands of followers on your social media channels. How many of those people really know you, at a deep level? I bet many of you can count on two hands or even one hand those closest in your tribe.

Today I want you to really think about your tribe and who means the most to you and who guides you when you are stuck? Who lifts your spirits when you are down? Who is always there for you no matter what?

Lean into that tribe. As leaders, parents, and entrepreneurs we all have a much to do and doing it alone is the hardest. Where is your tribe?
