Small steps, small changes, small bites.
When we become stuck we feel overwhelmed. We see the big picture and everything that needs to be done and we cannot seem to move ahead. You may have heard that phrase “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!” This is sooooo true!
The big picture is important, but it can paralyze us.
Look into addressing the smaller pieces – what are some steps or action items you can take to literally check items off your list? WRITE THEM OUT!!! When we write things down we can see them and they create a pathway in our brains. I love this FORBES article that describes these brain changes -be sure to read it!
So off you go….make that list and find your very first step, then find your second step then keep on going!
